Poplar Chess Club – Every Wednesday 6pm-8pm
All Abilities Welcome! Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned player, come along to meet fellow chess enthusiasts, sharpen your skills, share tips, or simply enjoy a friendly game.
These sessions offer a quieter space for focused games, learning, and skill-building – perfect for beginners and experienced players alike.
No pressure, just great company and the chance to play.
Checkmate your afternoon—see you there!
Children are welcome, but they must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
The club will provide some boards, but BYOB (bring your own board) encouraged.
